WHO WE ARE
The Rogue Valley Symphony Guild is a 501C (3) non profit corporation
established in 1980. Our mission is to enrich the culture of our community
by supporting, promoting and advancing the Rogue Valley Symphony
Orchestra and Association. Our vital Guild helps ensure the continuance
of live symphonic music in Southern Oregon.
WHAT WE DO
Our members share a love of music, interest in furthering
music education in schools, and making new friends. We are concert greeters,
office volunteers, and fund raisers. Special events include our crown
jewel Tea & Symphony featuring elaborately decorated tables; holiday
Christmas Fantasy luncheon/style show; hosted themed parties ;card parties
and more–most with live entertainment. Net proceeds benefit the orchestra
and youth of our valley.
WHERE WE MEET, WHEN, AND HOW TO JOIN
The Guild meets on the second Wednesday of the month
from September through June with social at 10:30, meeting at 11:00,
program at 11:30 followed by a delicious lunch. We meet at St. Mark's
Episcopal Church on 6th and N. Oakdale. All are welcome. Membership
categories: $25 active member and $50 sustaining member (participate
or simply attend our events). Come and join the fun!
