Required Documents

After registration, the next step is to submit the Admission Form and other required documents. These documents help us assess your child’s application. Please ensure that the following documents are provided:

• Filled & signed Registration Form.
• Filled & signed Admission Form.
• 3 recent passport-sized photographs of the student.
• Parent and Guardian details with signatures and photographs.
• Signed Parent Assessment Form (from Admission Booklet).
• Vaccination Card and Blood Report of the child.
• Transfer/Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
• Copies of the last 2 years’ Annual Reports from the previous school.
• Copy of Birth Certificate with QR Code
• Copy of Aadhar Card – Student, Mother, and Father.
• Copy of PAN Card – Mother and Father.
